Key Responsibilities- Wireless Account Management: Manage all wireless accounts, including equipment, activations, data plan changes, and user acknowledgement forms.
- Device Setup and Configuration: Activate new user accounts, perform initial setup for email, calendar, contacts, and other applications.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate wireless databases, inventories, audits, supplies, accessories, and employee acknowledgement forms, ensuring compliance with state policies and procedures.
- Invoice Processing: Process and distribute wireless invoicing and personal usage summaries for end users.
- Quarterly Inventory Meetings: Conduct quarterly inventory meetings to review and reconcile outstanding invoice processing issues, TSR queue, user acknowledgement forms, and other assigned processes.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with leadership and telecommunications vendors to review new products, rate plans, and eligible upgrades.
- Technical Assistance: Provide technical support for all wireless equipment and identify training needs for staff.
- Reporting and Updates: Provide regular updates and reports to the MTA-IT Department Manager and ensure timely handling of Telecommunication Service Requests (TSRs).
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
