Job Title: Account Service Manager Sr

At Elevance Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Account Service Manager Sr to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing advanced account management representation and strategic planning for assigned large accounts and units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive account growth and retention.
  • Manage contractual requirements and obligations, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of account management processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers at multiple levels, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and insights.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure client retention and high levels of account satisfaction.
  • Presents monthly, ad hoc, mid-year, and annual utilization and benefit reporting to the broker and client.
  • Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process, and training sessions.
  • Participates in efforts to support standardization across accounts and works in multi-disciplinary teams to design and implement product and operational enhancements.
  • Provides guidance or expertise to less experienced account service managers.
  • Makes routine account visits.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationships.
  • Experience working in the managed care/healthcare insurance industry, preferably in pharmacy benefits.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts towards common goals.
  • Experience interacting confidently with senior management and executive level stakeholders.
  • Excellent written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, MS Teams, CRM tools, and Salesforce.
What We Offer:

Elevance Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution. The salary range for this position is $91,308 to $156,528, depending on location and experience.
