Qualifications:
1 year of experience in mammography is required.
Completion of a recognized training program in imaging technology from an accredited institution.
Certifications:
- Current BLS certification.
- ARRT certification in Radiography and advanced certification in Mammography.
- MQSA qualification and registry eligibility.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with diagnostic procedures such as ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies.
- Familiarity with database software, RIS/PACS software, and eRad.
- Prior quality control experience.
- Ability to comprehend medical terminology and stand for extended periods.

Role Responsibilities:
The Mammography Imaging Specialist will operate x-ray equipment and perform various mammography-related diagnostic procedures. A high degree of accuracy in positioning and exposure technique is essential. This role is vital to ensuring exceptional patient care and operational efficiency.
