Job Summary

OCI Energy is seeking an experienced Asset and Operations Manager to provide financial and operational management expertise to our solar power generation facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the asset management, operations, and maintenance of our operating assets, ensuring their safety, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the asset management, operations, and maintenance of OCI Energy's operating assets.
  • Perform financial and operational management duties to optimize and maximize the generation of our operating assets.
  • Generate reports for each facility and manage communication with internal and external parties.
  • Supervise the work of direct reports and perform performance evaluations.
  • Conduct proactive predictive and preventive maintenance and technical operational performance analysis.
  • Enforce contractual obligations and investigate site abnormalities to identify root causes.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of OCI Energy's operating assets and provide feedback to improve and update our development model.
  • Manage all warranty and contractual communication with customers, off-takers, OEMs, transmission providers, ISO/RTOs, FERC/NERC, vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or other relevant area of study; Master's degree preferred.
  • Seven (7+) plus years of experience in solar power plant asset management or operations/maintenance.
  • Significant experience in operations or financial management, including contract administration.
  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior management.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Advanced general computer operating skills, including Microsoft Office software suite experience.
  • Ability to travel (estimated at 10%).
