Job Summary

OCI Energy LLC is seeking an experienced Asset and Operations Manager to provide financial and operational management expertise to solar power generation facilities. The successful candidate will oversee asset management, operations, and maintenance, and ensure the short and long-term safety, performance, and reliability of the assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage technical issues and maximize net cash generated
  • Generate reports for each facility and manage communication with internal and external parties
  • Supervise the work of direct reports
  • Perform and complete all reporting requirements within specified deadlines
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or other relevant area of study; Master's degree preferred
  • Seven plus years of experience in solar power plant asset management or operations/maintenance
  • Significant experience in operations or financial management, including contract administration
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior management
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Desired Attributes
  • Three plus years of demonstrated supervisory experience with engineering, operation, and technical staff
  • Familiarity and experience with enterprise-level programs for hardware and software systems for remote data acquisition and control of solar power generation facilities
