Job Title: Asset and Operations Manager

OCI Energy is seeking an experienced Asset and Operations Manager to provide financial and operational management expertise to our solar power generation facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the asset management, operations, and maintenance of our operating assets, ensuring their safety, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the asset management, operations, and maintenance of solar power generation facilities.
  • Perform financial and operational management duties to optimize and maximize the generation of our operating assets.
  • Generate reports for internal and external stakeholders, including financial and operational performance metrics.
  • Supervise the work of direct reports and provide guidance on asset optimization and maintenance.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of our operating assets and provide feedback to improve and update our development model.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or other relevant area of study; Master's degree preferred.
  • Seven (7+) plus years of experience in solar power plant asset management or operations/maintenance.
  • Significant experience in operations or financial management, including contract administration.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior management.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel (estimated at 10%).
Desired Attributes:
  • Three plus (3+) years of demonstrated supervisory experience with engineering, operation, and technical staff.
  • Familiarity and experience with enterprise-level programs for hardware and software systems for remote data acquisition and control of solar power generation facilities.
  • Exposure to and understanding of environmental, health, and safety program management and requirements for power generation facilities.
