We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Security Strategist to join our team at American Cybersystems. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive application security strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a robust application security program that includes security standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate application security risks.
  • Design and implement secure application development practices, including secure coding guidelines and threat modeling.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies, and provide guidance on their impact on our application security program.
  • Communicate security risks and recommendations to stakeholders, including executive leadership and development teams.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in application security, with a focus on enterprise-level security.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective application security programs.
  • Strong understanding of secure coding practices, threat modeling, and security testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • CISSP or equivalent certification preferred.
