Process Improvement Consultant Needed

Technical Source is seeking a seasoned Process Improvement Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Analyzing current processes and identifying areas for improvement
• Developing and implementing process improvements that increase efficiency and productivity
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of process changes

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering and have 5+ years of experience in downstream process engineering.

Salary Range:
$120,000 - $165,000 based on experience and fit, plus full benefits, medical, dental, and vision. No corporate-to-corporate or visa sponsorships available at this time.
