In this role, you will be responsible for assessing observational quality measures, auditing quality processes, and developing corrective action plans. You will work closely with our quality improvement team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

As a Nurse Consultant II, you will also be required to report findings monthly to Regional ADONs, Nurse Supervisors, medical disciplines, Wardens, and during local and state CQI meetings. This will involve communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
