Job Title: Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team at Aquent Talent. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that resonates with our diverse audience and drives engagement
  • Manage and schedule content across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future content and strategy decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement social media campaigns
  • Provide input on paid social media strategies and campaigns
  • Host content ideation and team brainstorms
  • Generate and publish social content and engage with audiences daily
  • Curate user-generated content and identify potential influencers, creators, and customer voices to highlight and work with
  • Track and report on channel and content performance, setting benchmarks and contributing to campaign reporting dashboards
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in social media strategy planning, goal setting, and implementation
  • Experience managing high-volume social media channels for well-known brands or products
  • Experience working in the gaming sector preferred
  • Passion for education/social impact
  • Understanding of community engagement and audience strategy
  • Familiarity using data to adjust and optimize strategy and activations for community-facing channels, and report and communicate channel performance results
  • Excellent collaboration, copywriting, and communication skills. English language.
  • Competent with Office 365 and analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Sprout Social, and native social media analytics experience preferred)
