Core Responsibilities:

  • Partner with international sales teams to enhance conversion rates across market segments
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams for effective sales strategy and forecasting
  • Drive lead generation and sales initiatives in partnership with marketing and finance
  • Establish and refine sales performance metrics in conjunction with the sales operations manager
  • Facilitate training sessions and act as a subject matter expert for sales personnel
  • Manage reporting and narrative development for leadership in collaboration with the product team

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in program or project management roles
  • Proficient analytical skills utilizing data and metrics for performance enhancement
  • Experience in establishing sales performance metrics and implementing process improvements
  • At least 2 years of experience in driving process enhancements is preferred
  • A Master's degree or MBA in a relevant discipline is preferred
  • Technical sales experience is advantageous
