Position Overview: The Senior Forecasting Analyst is tasked with evaluating historical data, trends, and initiatives to accurately predict future demands and resource requirements for long-term forecasts. This role is crucial in developing and maintaining forecasting models that underpin strategic planning and decision-making across the organization.

Collaboration: This position requires close collaboration with leadership across Operations, Finance, and various departments to collect pertinent data, validate the accuracy of forecasting models, and deliver insights that inform business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist management in identifying, prioritizing, and executing impactful improvement plans aimed at achieving sustainable cost savings.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of diverse data sets to derive valid conclusions.
  • Evaluate and implement innovative methods and techniques for operational enhancement.
  • Lead projects that facilitate continuous process improvement by identifying and sharing best practices across various sites.
  • Act as a team leader on multiple projects, contributing to the implementation of new enhancements.
  • Utilize web tools and company software to analyze data and prepare recommendations and reports that drive significant process improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrate expertise in workforce planning analysis and independently manage complex analytical projects with minimal oversight.
  • Own projects and analyses that span the division, involving cross-regional or multi-queue collaboration.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, fostering growth and understanding within the team.
  • Lead and present analytical results and recommendations in discussions with senior leadership.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with the ability to work flexible schedules as needed.

Compensation: This position offers a competitive salary, with base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Comcast also provides a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees physically, financially, and emotionally.

Education and Experience: A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, although candidates with a combination of relevant coursework and experience, or extensive professional experience, may also be considered. A minimum of 7-10 years of related work experience is required.
