Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team at Advocate Aurora Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient and high-quality service to patients, including registration, scheduling, and billing.
  • Coordinate patient appointments and communicate with patients and staff to ensure seamless care.
  • Answer multiple incoming telephone lines and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve patient questions and concerns, including billing and insurance issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical information.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One to two years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
