Job Summary

As an HR Assistant at Goodwill Industries of Arkansas, you will provide administrative support to the Human Resources team on all payroll, benefit, personnel, and other various human resource activities. Your role will involve providing clerical and general support for all Human Resources functions, promoting the effective flow of information, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team on payroll, benefits, personnel, and other human resource activities
Assist with the coordination of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and electronic
Provide general support for all Human Resources functions, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other administrative tasks as needed
Promote the effective flow of information within the organization, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date on HR-related matters

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
