Job Title: Operations Manager

Clean Team is seeking an experienced and professional Operations Manager to join our team in the Detroit, Michigan area.

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing designated areas of responsibility, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring that labor hours align with budgeted hours. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and retrain area managers, supervisors, and cleaners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee designated areas of responsibility, including labor hours, inventory supplies, and facility maintenance.
  • Prioritize tasks and ensure that labor hours align with budgeted hours.
  • Train and retrain area managers, supervisors, and cleaners.
  • Assist with new hire paperwork and ensure that it is completed and submitted to HR.
  • Assist with cleaning any location in your designated area as needed and complete the detailing.
  • Report any deficiencies and problems to the Director of Operations if the corrective actions have not taken place or have not been completed.
Requirements:
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must have experience in high-level management.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
