Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Circle K. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the store's operations, including hiring, supervising, and training staff.
- Help maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all areas are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage cash handling and bookkeeping duties, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving sales growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
