The Director of Operations is an executive position responsible for overseeing the operations of the Dentele Group. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain operational standards to ensure high-quality patient care and team collaboration.
- Optimize workflow processes to drive operational excellence and improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Manage financial resources to achieve operational objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in dental practice management or operations, preferably within a DSO but at minimum with multi-location dental setting.
- Strong knowledge of dental practice operations, including scheduling, patient flow, billing, and insurance processes.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial and operational data.
- Familiarity with dental industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
