Commercial Flooring Business Development Manager

About the Opportunity:
">The Flooring Commercial Business Development Manager at Star Interior Resources will be responsible for prospecting and attracting new clients, while developing long-term relationships and managing existing accounts to drive product sales within the Main Street commercial, Senior Living, Eldercare, and residential markets.
">Your Key Responsibilities:
">- Market and sell a variety of flooring products, as well as promote other company products and services
- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow revenue and expand our customer base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business performance

Requirements:
">- Minimum 3-5 years in flooring sales, with expertise in carpet, tile, wood, laminate, and resilient flooring
- Demonstrated ability to work in either a retail flooring environment or with builders, developers, various sub-contractors, manufacturers, designers, and architects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in CRM (Salesforce, FreshSales, etc.) and invoicing/project management systems preferred
Salary Range:
">Estimated salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
