Manufacturing Engineer

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes to meet production requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective production planning and control.
- Support the creation of credible production plans and schedules that balance available capacity and resources.
- Assist in the development of quoting and responding to new opportunities.
- Support supply chain management and mitigate delivery issues.
- Ensure process compliance through the use of company standard systems, processes, and reports.
- Release internal deliverables to support production activities.
- Support continuous improvement activities for planning, control, inventory, production, and delivery lead times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or established equivalent required.
- 2-5 years of experience in project-based manufacturing environment.
- Experience in production planning and control.
- Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiar with reading blueprints/drawings and schematics.
