Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Entegee. As a key member of our automation team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation equipment and processes in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automation solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation of automation equipment and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues
  • Develop and implement cost-saving measures and quality control systems
  • Ensure manufacturing processes and equipment meet capability and capacity requirements
Requirements
  • Minimum AS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years experience supporting and designing automated systems
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a production and/or assembly environment
  • Excellent computer skills, including programming and software development
  • Equipment troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain complex ideas to multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
  • Knowledge and experience in Lean and/or Six Sigma
  • Desired knowledge of Project Management, Risk Assessment, and Design of Experiments
