Job Title: Configuration Analysis Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Configuration Analysis Analyst to join our supply chain team. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our supply chain systems to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with fulfillment center operations and IT teams to troubleshoot data discrepancies between inventory levels on the floor and the WMS system.
  • Root cause analysis and resolution of issues related to inventory inaccuracies within the WM and OM systems.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.
  • Provide business guidance for system configurations that maximize the Manhattan Active OMS capabilities.
  • Oversee the flow of orders through our systems and supply chain network to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with customer care teams to proactively address customers with orders at risk of cancellation.
  • Partner with store operations teams to identify store fulfillment process improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related area.
  • Equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
