What You’ll Do: Partner with fulfillment center (FC) operations and IT teams to troubleshoot data discrepancies between inventory levels on the floor and the WMS systemRoot cause analysis and resolution of issues related to inventory inaccuracies within the WM and OM systemsCollaborate with FC leads and managers to address operational challenges stemming from system discrepanciesImplement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and accuracy in inventory management (resulting in better fulfillment rates)Provide business guidance for system configurations that maximize the Manhattan Active OMS capabilitiesOversee the flow of orders through our systems and supply chain network to ensure seamless operationsDrive key cross-functional collaboration to ensure a smooth customer experience by resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Collaborate with customer care teams to proactively address customers with orders at risk of cancellation Partner with store operations teams to identify store fulfillment process improvement opportunitiesWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related areaEquivalent work experience will be consideredSupply chain systems implementations, development, configuration and support.
