Key Responsibilities- Forecast Analysis: Analyze customer forecasts to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely shipments.
- Inventory Management: Maintain up-to-date inventory levels and place orders with production teams as needed.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with PC&L teams to update shipment status, advise production and shipping schedules, and review US Customs compliance.
- Document Processing: Process import/export documents, arrange transportation, and update customer portals with packaging data and NAFTA certificates.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to resolve issues, provide solutions, and ensure timely delivery.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare weekly sales recaps, maintain sales history records, and report to management to meet sales goals.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred, with 0-8 years of business operation and logistics experience.
- Skills and Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), familiarity with SAP, bilingual (English and Korean), team work, problem-solving skills, organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task.
