Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Specialist in the Oncology/Infusion Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and coordinating defined specialty care and associated services to a defined population.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient and associated needs, develop and implement intervention plans, and evaluate response on a selected patient population.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers and/or community services as appropriate.
  • Improve nurse satisfaction by serving as a role model and mentor, facilitating teamwork with RNs, non-licensed and interprofessional staff.
  • Drive improvement of department scores for employee engagement and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Five years of nursing experience with two years in specialty.
  • RN - Registered Nurse - Texas State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure within 60 days.
  • BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA).
