Job Title: Clinical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team at Regency Integrated Health Services. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to facility administrators and directors of nursing on operational systems, record maintenance, and personnel management.
  • Conduct regular visits to facilities to review operational systems, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans of correction.
  • Communicate effectively with facility staff, administrators, and directors of nursing to ensure seamless implementation of plans of correction.
  • Review and analyze consultant reports, regulatory reports, and facility reports to ensure compliance with TDADS regulations.
  • Participate in corporate quality assurance initiatives and recommend policy and procedure changes as needed.
  • Provide training and education to facility staff on regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Current Texas RN licensure and RUG certification required.
  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
