Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management, using strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process payments, handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, and complete daily reports and balance cash drawers.

Requirements:
