We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager to join our team at Recovery Solutions. As a Risk Manager, you will play a critical role in directing the Risk Management Department and overseeing the evaluation of events, patterns, and trends to inform appropriate staff levels and make recommendations to reduce risk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviews, investigates, and reports on events related to served persons' rights violations, abuse, neglect, exploitation, and grievances.
  • Collects, evaluates, and reports data on incidents, adverse events, staff injuries, and other risk management activities as appropriate.
  • Assists Regulatory Agencies with Internal Audits and maintains OSHA logs.
  • Reviews, edits, and tracks information on all events reported in the internal tracking system and prepares reports for Corporate and outside agencies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Two years current experience in Risk Management or two years of college with a minimum of three years current experience in Risk Management in a health care or mental health setting. Knowledge of The Joint Commission (TJC) Standards and Patient safety a must.
  • State Licensed in Risk Management.
