About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager to join our team at Recovery Solutions. As a Risk Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough investigations into incidents and events related to patient rights violations, abuse, neglect, exploitation, and grievances.
  • Collect, evaluate, and report data on incidents, adverse events, staff injuries, and other risk management activities.
  • Assist regulatory agencies with internal audits and maintain OSHA logs.
  • Review, edit, and track information on all events reported in the internal tracking system and prepare reports for corporate and outside agencies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Two years current experience in Risk Management or two years of college with a minimum of three years current experience in Risk Management in a healthcare or mental health setting.
  • Knowledge of The Joint Commission (TJC) Standards and patient safety is a must.
  • State Licensed in Risk Management.
