Job Summary

Kintegra Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Relations Specialist/Intake Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for building and strengthening community relationships, increasing awareness of our brand, and supporting the recruitment and enrollment of participants into our program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Outreach: Develop and implement strategies to build positive relationships with stakeholders, organizations, vendors, referral sources, and the general community.
  • Intake Coordination: Coordinate with the Benefits Counselor to complete intake home visits for potential participants, evaluate potential enrollees to determine participant needs and eligibility for enrollment, and schedule assessments that are completed in the home and at the PACE Center.
  • Enrollment Support: Assist with the PACE Medicaid application process, serve as a liaison between the local Departments of Social Services, and confirm program eligibility with external stakeholders.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the overall marketing strategy for the recruitment and retention of participants and maintenance of an optimal enrollee census.
  • Business Development: Seek opportunities and conduct business development with potential vendors that will enhance accessible care and services to participants.
Requirements
  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in marketing, public relations, or another related field.
  • Licensure and Certification: Valid North Carolina driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record as defined by the Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) chart. CPR and First Aid certification required.
  • Experience: Five years of professional-level experience in the marketing of products or services, with two years of experience in the marketing of healthcare services or insurance products.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent organizational and time management skills, pleasant personality, ability to work with individuals with diverse backgrounds and functional abilities, flexibility to adapt and change plans, and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle proprietary information.
