**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships to expand our phlebotomy externship site inventory.
  • Develop strategic plans and initiatives to increase our market share and establish strong relationships with external partners.
  • Work as a preceptor for students on externship sites, providing hands-on training and mentorship in phlebotomy techniques and best practices.
  • Assess and evaluate learner performance, offering constructive feedback and guidance to ensure successful integration into the healthcare workforce.

**Requirements:**

  • Certification and current licensure in the State of California as a phlebotomist.
  • Proven track record in business development and sales within the healthcare industry.
  • Experience in precepting, mentoring, or teaching, with a passion for education and professional development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners of diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a focus on goal attainment and results-driven outcomes.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

**Compensation Package:**

Non-exempt hourly temporary employee, $30-$35 per hour, no benefits.

**Schedule:**

40 hours per week; temporary; 90 days minimum with potential to extend.
