Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Busser/Barback to join our team at the Sports Bar and Cocktail Lounge in Silver Lake. This is a tipped position that requires flexibility and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar and floor area, including washing glasses, dishes, and polishing silverware.
  • Assist bartenders with duties such as fruit cutting, keg changes, and stocking.
  • Run food, condiments, and silverware from the kitchen to tables.
  • Take out trash and maintain restroom cleanliness and supply stocking throughout the shift.
  • Sweep and mop floors, and assist bartenders with bar cleaning on closing shifts.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with food safety guidelines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Fluent English.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Current Food Handler's Certificate.
