This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead the creation, execution, and optimization of video content across multiple channels, with a focus on growing Johnny's following and influence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive video content strategy that aligns with SaaS Academy's goals and objectives
  • Lead a team of content creators and producers to produce high-quality video content
  • Collaborate with the CEO to ensure alignment with his personal brand and business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze video content performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize content and improve engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video content creation and distribution

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in video content creation and production for social media and digital platforms
  • Proven track record in developing and executing video content strategies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS and brand-building principles
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

$100,000 USD OTE ($70,000 base + $30,000 in variable compensation)
