Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items, adhering to our menu standards and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and protocols.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve team goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with menu offerings, promotions, and company initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- English fluency required.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
Working Conditions
