- Advanced Industry Certifications: Possess advanced industry certifications such as Exam MD-100: Windows 10, Exam MD-101: Managing Modern Desktops, and Exam MS-500: Microsoft 365 Security Administration.
- Experience in Delivering Strategic Business Planning: Demonstrate experience in delivering strategic business planning, technical design, implementation, adoption, and change management services to small and mid-market organizations spanning multiple geographies using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure.
- Leadership Skills: Possess strong leadership skills and experience, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and establish yourself as a subject matter expert.
- Experience in Working with Small and Mid-Market Organizations: Demonstrate experience in working with small and mid-market organizations, with a strong understanding of their business needs and technical requirements.
- Experience in Working with Cross-Functional Teams: Possess experience in working with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Service Delivery, and other departments.
