Job Title: Microsoft Cloud Security

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Cloud Security professional to join our team at Red Level. As a key member of our Microsoft Security & Compliance team, you will play a critical role in delivering strategic security and compliance consulting and engineering services to our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver strategic security and compliance consulting and engineering services to customers, including strategic business planning, technical design, implementation, adoption, and change management.
  • Explain complex technical concepts in a business value context, ensuring that customers understand the benefits of our solutions.
  • Work independently or in a lead consultant capacity on customer projects, collaborating with our sales team to develop proposals and statements of work that align with customer business and technical goals.
  • Grow your knowledge and skills by investing time in self-directed training, Microsoft-led training, and formal online/classroom training.
  • Mentor and teach junior members of our teams, establishing yourself as a subject matter expert in your areas of expertise.
Requirements:
  • Highly driven individual with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong strategic and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to see the big picture and drive results.
  • Commitment to internal and external customer satisfaction, with strong listening, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in broad architectural skills, customer facilitation, and solution selling.
  • Demonstrated experience in accurately scoping, managing, and delivering successful professional services engagements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT field of study (or equivalent years of experience and industry certifications).
  • 3-5 years of IT consulting and implementation experience.
  • 1-3 years of IT security and/or compliance consulting and implementation experience.
  • Exam SC-900: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (or ability to pass within 30 days of hire).
  • Exam AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (or ability to pass within 60 days of hire).
  • Exam MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (or ability to pass within 60 days of hire).
