Job Overview

As a Senior Sales Consultant at Paychex, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and market share through consultative sales strategies. Your primary objective will be to leverage key referral channels and partnerships to educate stakeholders about our services and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Meet and exceed unit and revenue expectations by creating, managing, and advancing accounts, leads, and opportunities in our CRM system (Salesforce).
  2. Collaborate with key referral sources, including accountants, banks, and existing Paychex clients, to secure referrals to end-user sales.
  3. Schedule and conduct meetings with existing and new channel accounts through targeted email campaigns and corporate marketing programs.
  4. Leverage the Go-to-Market Sales Strategy to identify customers' needs and present the Paychex solution to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  5. Develop sales skills and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Paychex product offering to optimize sales results.
  6. Collect, complete, and submit all necessary paperwork for new sales within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidelines.
  7. Uphold and demonstrate the Paychex Values with every interaction internally and externally.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License - Required
  • Diploma - Required
  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
  • 2 years of experience in relevant sales/marketing capacity
