Job Title: Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation Unit

Join the DMC Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan team as a Registered Nurse in our Rehabilitation Unit. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care to individuals with a wide range of rehabilitation needs.

About the Role:
  • Provide direct patient care to individuals with spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, stroke, amputations, and other conditions requiring rehabilitation.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
  • Delegate tasks and supervise nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
  • Participate in shared decision-making activities and report directly to senior unit management.
Qualifications:
  • Graduation from a school of nursing required.
  • BSN preferred.
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan required.
  • American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required.
