Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with physical therapy
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Experience working in a rehabilitation setting, preferably with amputees, vascular patients, and those with cardiac and stroke-related injuries
