We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the DMC Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan. As a member of our Patient Care Services Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers
- Delegate, assess, provide, and evaluate patient care
- Monitor patient progress and prepare patients for discharge
- Report directly to senior unit management and participate in shared decision-making activities
We require:
- Graduation from a school of nursing
- BSN preferred
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification
