Job Summary

The DMC Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Rehabilitation Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our rehabilitation program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Assess patient needs and develop strategies to promote independence and optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program required.
  • BSN preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan required.
  • American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required.
