Job Title: Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technician
Location: Remote work
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team at LPX Group. As a Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for working with heavy machinery used in construction, inspecting, servicing, and repairing any damage to the engine or vehicle.
Responsibilities:
- Perform independent preventative maintenance and repairs for a fleet of Dump Trucks and Lowboys
- Check each unit for safety-related and other defects as required
- Work with a wide variety of people and be able to work with their needs and requests
Requirements:
- Mechanical repair experience on heavy trucks and dump trucks
- Experience in the transportation/trucking industry
- Current valid driver's license
- Must have own tools
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalency
- Ability to legally work in the United States
- Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug-screen
- Must pass a criminal background check
