Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the Immunology Market Development HCP (Healthcare Professionals) and Patient Marketing Teams. This role also provides project-level support to the broader marketing team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage the department's calendar of key events and meetings.
  • Organize and coordinate internal/external meetings, event logistics, and related activities.
  • Facilitate project routing through legal compliance and procurement systems, including handling conference requests and contract engagements.
  • Manage marketing materials, clinical papers, and their distribution (both hardcopy and digital).
  • Assist with print production and maintain inventory management of marketing materials.
  • Support vendor management, including contract oversight and vendor communication triage.
  • Coordinate marketing projects and meetings to support the execution of the annual marketing plan.
  • Track marketing project budgets, process purchase orders, and invoices, and prepare budget forecasts.
  • Provide logistical support for congresses and field-related events, such as booth exhibits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed and take on additional duties or projects as assigned.
  • Some travel for key meetings may be required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 12 years of relevant experience in marketing or administration.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy (word processing, graphics, and database software).
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage workloads effectively.

Working Relationships:

The ideal candidate will have a collaborative attitude, be team-oriented, and be enthusiastic about building strong relationships within the department. The position reports directly to the Senior Market Development Manager and will provide essential support across multiple teams.
