Bilingual Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual individual to join our team as a Bilingual Office Clerk. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, resolving issues, and collecting payments in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities- Interact with customers to collect payments and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize cash management procedures and best practices to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and follow set strategies for collection procedures.
- Gather and verify customers' personal and credit information to ensure accurate and efficient collection processes.
- Retain customer loyalty while initiating processes for the collection of payments.
- Maintain and update records of customers from whom collections are made.
- Proven experience in a similar role or customer service position.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to work in a team setting.
- Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases.
- Patience and ability to manage stressful work situations.
- Weekend and Holiday availability.
- Must be Bilingual (Spanish).
