Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and document industrial instrumentation, mechanical equipment, and electronic monitoring devices
  • Respond to dynamic system faults and casualties, maintaining Critical Environments
  • Properly escalate and manage casualty events
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of energy conservation guidelines
  • Setup and troubleshoot current Microsoft OS and Office environments
  • Interpret complex system reports and analyze for optimum performance
  • Support Mechanical Technicians on system repair/operation
  • Train Mechanical Technicians on control system operation

Requirements

  • Mechanical understanding of equipment operated such as Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, Air Handling Units, and Terminal Cooling Units
  • Fluid Dynamics and Heat Transfer Fundamentals
  • Ability to respond to dynamic system faults and casualties and maintain Critical Environments
  • Proper escalation and management of casualty events
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of energy conservation guidelines
  • Understand and demonstrate the ability to review equipment for optimum energy strategies
  • Setup and troubleshooting of current Microsoft OS and Office environments
  • Ability to interpret complex system reports and analyze for optimum performance
  • Support Mechanical Technicians on system repair/operation
  • Train Mechanical Technicians on control system operation
