Job Description

Job Summary:

As a SailPoint Engineer at RedMatter Solutions, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing existing IdentityIQ software solutions. Your expertise in XML, Java, JavaScript, BeanShell, and other technologies will be crucial in developing and configuring code to support various components of the IdentityIQ solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and Enhance Existing IdentityIQ Software Solutions: Ensure the stability and efficiency of IdentityIQ software solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Develop and Configure Code for IdentityIQ Solution Components: Utilize your expertise in XML, Java, JavaScript, BeanShell, and other technologies to develop and configure code for various components of the IdentityIQ solution.
  • Expertise in IdentityIQ Configuration and API: Demonstrate strong knowledge of IdentityIQ configuration and API, ensuring seamless integration with upstream and downstream systems.
  • Implement and Configure SailPoint IdentityIQ: Implement and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to ensure seamless integration with upstream and downstream systems.
  • Develop Provisioning Functionality and Data Mapping Rules: Develop provisioning functionality, data mapping rules, and efficient workflows within the SailPoint ecosystem.
  • Provide Comprehensive Support for End-to-End Development and Deployments: Provide comprehensive support for end-to-end development and deployments, including user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective solutions.
  • Enhance and Optimize SailPoint Configurations: Continuously enhance and optimize SailPoint configurations to align with evolving business needs.
  • Stay Current with SailPoint IIQ Updates and Industry Best Practices: Stay current with SailPoint IIQ updates and industry best practices to drive ongoing improvements.
  • Design and Implement Robust Identity Governance and Administration Solutions: Collaborate with security and identity management teams to design and implement robust identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions.
  • Contribute to Zero-Trust ICAM Enterprise Architectures: Contribute to the design and development of zero-trust ICAM enterprise architectures.
  • Identify, Troubleshoot, and Resolve SailPoint-Related Issues: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve SailPoint-related functional and technical issues.
  • Implement New Code into UAT and Production: Implement new code into UAT and Production as part of the system development lifecycle.
  • Communicate High-Level Gaps and Issues: Identify and communicate high-level gaps and issues in primary functional areas.
  • Work with Integration Stakeholders: Work closely with integration stakeholders to understand requirements and drive the design, development, and implementation of IAM systems and processes.
  • Implement and Customize Workflows, Forms, Rules, Provisioning, Certifications, and Connectors: Implement and customize workflows, forms, rules, provisioning, certifications, and connectors.
  • Resolve Issues Highlighted during System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing: Resolve issues highlighted during System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 Years of Experience in IdentityIQ Software Maintenance and Development: A minimum of 4 years of experience in IdentityIQ software maintenance and development.
  • Proficiency in XML, Java, JavaScript, BeanShell, and Related Technologies: Proficiency in XML, Java, JavaScript, BeanShell, and related technologies.
  • Strong Knowledge of IdentityIQ Configuration and IdentityIQ API: Strong knowledge of IdentityIQ configuration and IdentityIQ API.
  • Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or Similar IAM Platforms: Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar IAM platforms.
  • Proven Expertise in Designing, Developing, and Advising on Zero-Trust ICAM Enterprise Architectures: Proven expertise in designing, developing, and advising on zero-trust ICAM enterprise architectures.
  • Participation in at Least Two Project Lifecycles Related to ICAM Implementations: Participation in at least two project lifecycles related to ICAM implementations.
