Lab Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory Supervisor to join our team at K.A. Recruiting. As a Laboratory Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of laboratory professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of laboratory professionals to achieve high-quality results and meet productivity standards.
  • Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless laboratory operations and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze laboratory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance laboratory staff skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., medical technology, biology, chemistry).
  • Florida licensure and ASCP certification.
  • At least 3 years of prior laboratory experience and supervisory experience.
