This role encompasses various HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development. You will play a vital role in the formulation, execution, and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, and leave of absence management.
  • Stay informed about legal requirements and government reporting regulations impacting HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support for positive employee relations initiatives and address employee relations concerns effectively.
  • Assist in recruitment efforts for both exempt and non-exempt positions by collaborating with talent acquisition on new job openings and onboarding processes.
  • Lead or assist in HR projects and training initiatives, including new hire orientation and benefits orientation.
  • Consult with frontline leaders on best practices in HR and people management.
  • Address HR-related inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in HR administration, particularly in employee relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
