Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Quality Program Manager for the Trauma and Burn Program. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address clinical care gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Design and manage projects to improve patient flow, reduce length of stay, and enhance patient satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain databases and reports to track quality metrics and outcomes
  • Provide education and training to staff on quality improvement methodologies and best practices
  • Participate in performance improvement and patient safety activities, including data collection, analysis, and trending
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in emergency room and ICU nursing required
  • Database management and analysis experience preferred
  • Experience in healthcare and patient safety quality measurement, reporting, and improvement
  • Previous leadership or project management experience, including statistical concepts and applications preferred
