Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Host to join our team at Wegmans Food Markets. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and escorting them to their table or bar area.
  • Plan table assignments and floor plans to ensure efficient seating and minimize wait times.
  • Answer phone calls and take reservations, maintaining accurate records and providing excellent communication.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including preparing the dining and bar areas for service.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
