Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and escort them to tables, providing menus and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Schedule dining reservations and handle special guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Answer phones in accordance with proper telephone standards, providing accurate and helpful information to guests.
  • Ensure tables are clean and fully set-up prior to seating any guests at the table, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Familiarize and be knowledgeable of current food and beverage offerings, making recommendations to guests as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the Restaurant and surrounding areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Clear, clean and reset tables for dining as needed, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Provide information pertaining to hours and available services of the hotel to guests, answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 months related experience; High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to establish rapport with guests and colleagues.
